February 2022 Webinar: Collecting and Managing Student Fees

Thank you to everyone who attended our January webinar on Google Classroom Integration for Admins. We’re excited to see a healthy mix of new and returning attendees. We love to see the growth – it keeps us motivated to continuously improve our webinars!

As we resume our 2022 Webinar Series, we’ll be bringing you our webinar on Collecting and Managing Student Fees. This webinar will focus on our Fee Tracking module, which is one of our most popular modules. The Fee Tracking module provides an easy way for schools to charge tuition and fees, track payments, as well as manage invoices and receipts. In addition, schools are also able to streamline charges and payments for families.

QuickSchools’ Collecting and Managing Student Fees webinar was developed for school administrators. It is suitable for all levels of users. A few of the key discussion points include:

Mass Print Statements

In Quickschools Fee Tracking, you can now print statements en mass. This is useful when you want to continuously print latest statements without having to open each family or each student’s billing information.

Print Latest Statement
Once you have generated statements, you can now print these by selecting the box on the top left header of the student records. Select “All”, then again open the dropdown menu and chose the “Print Latest Statement” button.Read More »

New Report: Fee Tracking Transactions by Category & Primary Payer

We’ve recently released a new report for Fee Tracking. It’s available to all users with access to fee tracking reports and is great for when your school uses both Category-based Fee Tracking and Family Billing.

If you’d like to find this report, you can do so by going to the Reports module and searching “Fee”. The new report will appear with your other fee tracking reports, and will look like the highlighted report below:
