We had Part I of the Quickschools Online Forms webinar back on May 4th. The webinar specifically described the basics related to the Online Forms module (introduction, installation, key concepts, configuration elements, etc). We have Part II of the Online Forms webinar coming up next week, and we’ll dig deeper into the module by showcasing specific use cases that you all may be interested in. These include examples for applications, re-enrollment, field trip forms, vacation/absence notification, online order forms, and others. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, May 18th at 1pm ET. As we continue our Webinar Series, this May, we’ll be tackling one of our most comprehensive apps available — The Online Forms. This app allows schools to collect data from any user within QuickSchools, or via a Public URL / Embedded Form.

As our webinar series continues, we would like to invite all teachers to join in later this month for our Gradebook Webinar. We will not only be covering the grading aspect of the Gradebook, but will also go over the best tools available to prepare for parent/teacher meetings, and built in reporting/messaging to keep parents and students up to date.

March will be the first month where we’ll hold 2 webinars, one for Administrators and one for Teachers, as part of our Webinar Series. The QuickSchools webinar on Google Classroom Integration for Administrators was done last week, and we have an equivalent webinar for Teachers scheduled for next week. The webinar itself is almost full, so we’re super excited to see everyone there, and get some feedback on the feature as well.
