It’s great to be back in the office. I spent the last 2 weeks attending 3 conferences, starting in Albany, then Louisville, and finally in Orlando FL for the FLOCS Conference. We had the opportunity to meet several long-time subscribers, which was a BLAST! Thanks for dropping by our QuickSchools booth:
I had mentioned in a previous article about the A-ha / Eureka moment I observed whilst visiting schools in the Boston area. Part of that article also mentioned Chat Support being a consistent theme in the feedback we received from our customers. And that held true while speaking with customers who visited our booth.
We decided early on to include Chat Support to all our customers. And this has been a blessing. We tell all our customers to use chat support. In fact, we encourage it! The chat function is not only available to help users learn about our product, but it also gives us a glimpse into the needs and wants of all our users; students and parents included. And this ability to listen to our customers is really a key part of what we do.
We’ll be continuing our conference run across the US. We’ll be in Chicago next, right after Christmas. If you know of an education conference for private schools, please let us know. We’d love to meet you guys in person, and take a picture with us!
