New Release – Aug 30, 2021

Since our last release on August 9, we made several patches to our Orchestra Master Scheduler. And now that the new Weekly Schedule feature is more robust, we’re back BIG-TIME to our regular 3-week Sprints. This release includes ground work for our upcoming Learning Management System (LMS).

Master Scheduler Improvements

We’ve made some pretty big changes to the Master Scheduler in recent weeks. In one of our recent patches, we introduce a “Department” configuration in the “Scheduling Algorithm” in Step 5:

So when you use the “Load” function in Step 5, the system will only load courses configured in the Scheduling Algorithm:

With this release, we’re introducing a new icon that will show you the break down of Percentage Assigned by Department:

Temperature App for the Parent Portal

The Temperature App on our App Store now has a new setting for the Parent Portal:

You can now allow parents to submit screen questions from the Parent Portal. Be sure to configure which questions are accessible to parents:
