We’ve had a few requests about reporting on disciplinary incident custom field data, so we went ahead and built a new report that includes this information. Here’s what the report looks like in the listing:

If you have access to discipline reporting in your account, you can find the new report by going to the Reports module, then searching ‘discipline’. Both sub-reports include filters for student name, report creation date, and demerits awarded – among other filters.
