Comments Bank App

Have you seen the new Comments Bank app? It let’s schools create a system of comments for adding to Report Cards, which makes it a great tool for schools with a lot of students. If it sounds like it might be useful to you, read on! We’ll be taking a quick look at the app and how to use it.

Admins can install the app from the App Store. Head to the Teacher Apps section to find it.

Comments Bank

With just a few buttons and controls, the app is very simple to use. Users can create additional comments banks, configure the names of the banks, share banks with all teachers, and create comments.

CB Main Screen
Once created, comments are listed together with their comment bank. For better organization, comments can have categories. Each comment bank can have as many categories and comments as needed.

Once comments are configured, they can be used in report cards right away. After navigating once to the Comments Bank app after login, the comments can be accessed by pressing [Ctrl] + [B]. They can go into any editable field on Report Cards.

RC - No Comments
After pressing [Ctrl] + [B], just click on a comment to insert it.

Insert Comments
The comment will appear in the Report Card automatically. The comment will be all set and ready to go!
