Introducing Parents to QuickSchools

It’s true, that you can very easily invite parents to your QuickSchools account. All you need is their email address, and the system will generate login information to the Parent Portal. But it also helps to let your parents know that you’re using the QuickSchools service via your website. Here’s what we recommend:

The simplest way is to just put a link to your QuickSchools account from your website. The only problem is, for prospective parents, or for parents who have not yet been invited, a direct link to your QuickSchools account might be confusing. Instead, we recommend putting together a simple FAQ page introducing QuickSchools, and what to do if they don’t have a username and password. Here’s a sample page below:

Using the QuickSchools School Management System

[SCHOOLNAME] is using the QuickSchools.com school management system to manage enrollment, track attendance and grades, print out report cards and more.

A user-friendly school management system, QuickSchools also has a convenient parent portal where parents can track progress made by their child/children in class, check the latest homework and get the latest school news.

The following are some of the more common questions about the QuickSchools system.

Forgot password?

If you have an account but forgot your password, simply hit the blue “Forgot your password” link below the password field on the login screen and follow the simple steps to reset your password.

What does this mean for parents?

One of QuickSchools’ main features is the Parent Portal. This lets the parent of a student browse their child’s:

  • Grades
  • Attendance
  • Homework
  • Report cards
  • Fees
  • Personal Information

Parents can also message teachers and other parents easily via QuickSchools.

What does this mean for students?

Students have access to the Student Portal, where they can participate in class discussions with other students and their teachers, as well as submit their homework.

What is QuickSchools?

QuickSchools school information system is an online service that streamlines numerous management and administrative tasks for our school, ranging from attendance, to grading, to homework assignments and more. With QuickSchools, teachers and parents can access their accounts from anywhere through any device.

Are there video tutorials?

Yes, video tutorials are available at the QuickSchools YouTube channel here.
Video tutorials are also available within the QuickSchools application.

The only thing you need to do is change the name of the school and the school code as appropriate. Also, feel free to change the wording/content of the page to suit your style and needs.
