We wish to announce that our customer support hours will be reduced during the holiday period.
Starting Saturday Dec 17th, our support service (i.e. Live Chat, phone support) will only be available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time (EST). We’ll be fully offline starting at 4 pm EST on Saturday Dec 24th in observance of Christmas. We’ll resume with limited service on Monday Dec 26th at 8am EST.
In addition, our support service will be offline again starting at 4 pm EST on Saturday Dec 31st in observance of New Year. Our regular support hours (24-hr Monday-Friday and 8am to midnight EST Saturday-Sunday) will resume on Sunday Jan 2nd.
