Sign up for a QuickSchools Trial (FAQ)

If you’ve never tried QuickSchools, and have some questions before starting a trial, here are some common questions we get, and answers to go with it:

Is there a contract?

In general, we go month-to-month. So you can cancel your subscription at any time (no cancellation fee). Just pay for active students while subscribed. But if you prefer to pay for the year, please contact our chat support, and we can arrange something.

Are there any extra fees?

Extra fees are completely optional. Your basic subscription includes Live Chat Support which is typically enough for most schools. We have additional services for things that may not be readily supported with your basic subscription (like data migration, training, custom development, and in some cases PDF customization).

Where can I find your list of features?

We have a list of core features included with each plan on our Pricing Page. But we also have a list of apps on our App Store that are charged separated. New apps are being added to the App Store on a regular basis. So please do check that out as well.

What do I need to sign up for a trial?

To sign-up for a trial, we just need your name, your school name, and contact information. Your account gets created instantly. We currently do not require a credit card, so you’re safe from any accidental charges.

How do you charge for students?

We only charge for active students on the anniversary of your subscription. So let’s say you subscribed on the 5th of the month, so every 5th of the month (roughly), the system will count the number of active students in your account, and charge you accordingly. We do not include students who have left or graduated. Just make sure that you’ve de-activate students that are no longer active.

Do I get full access to all modules while on trial?

Yes, the trial is a full-featured account. You get access to all modules (you just have to turn them on). At the end of the trial, system will prompt you for a subscription for continued access.

What if I don’t like it? What happens at the end of the trial?

If you decide that QuickSchools is not for you, you can simply let the account expire after the trial period. Remember, we don’t collect your payment information, so we can’t charge you unless you decide to subscribe. For those that wish to subscribe, you can subscribe at any time within the trial period, or even after the trial period is up. Trial accounts are removed/deleted automatically after 30 days of expiration.
