If you’re rolling out QuickSchools to parents for the first time, we highly recommend putting up a short introductory page on your website for your parents to get started. The web page would answer frequently asked questions like:
- Where do I log in?
- What do I do if I forget my password?
- How do I get help?
- Who am I chatting with?
We’ve actually put together a sample web page located here, which schools are welcome to modify and use on their website:

The Video Tutorial on this page is a little dated, especially since we’re continually updating our software on a regular basis. And so, we’ve put together this new video tutorial to help parents get started with their QuickSchools Parent Portal access. Feel free to share this video with parents for training purposes:
Even with this newest video tutorial, it’s likely that this too will become outdated eventually. So it’s important to remember the basic tips for navigating through the portal. And if you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to chat in.
We look forward to seeing you online!
