We want to hear from you

It’s the end of the year, and we’re collecting feedback, not just for ourselves, but for others who may be interested in a new school management system. Tell us what you think about your past year with QuickSchools. We’d love to hear from you.

We still have 3 iPad Minis that we’re dying to give away. For tips on putting together a video testimonial, check out this article:

Full contest details (for the iPad Mini) are here:

We’re giving away 3 iPad Minis

The school year is coming to an end, and we’re looking for stories we can share with new schools looking for a new system. Tell us what you think about QuickSchools, and how it can benefit others, and you’ll stand to win one of 3 iPad Minis.

It’s really simple… Just point that camera, ask your teachers, your parents, and even your students, about how they use QuickSchools. And send us your videos. If you can edit your footage with music and graphics, that’s fine too. Have some fun with it. You might be surprised about what people have to say.

Recently, we announced our new initiative for schools to share their QuickSchools experience with us. And we’ll be rewarding our most creative participants. So how does it work?

  1. You must be part of our Facebook Page. Just Like the Page, so you can post a link to your video there.

  2. Include the name of the school in your video. Please be sure to get the school’s permission as well before participating.

  3. Create your video. Make sure that the video is horizontal (like a movie). And keep it between 2 – 5 minutes.

  4. Upload your completed video to YouTube or Facebook, and then share/post the video on our FaceBook Page.

We’ll be rewarding 3 entries for their creativity. We’ll be giving away 3 iPad Minis to the 3 most interesting entries. Closing date will be announced later.

Share your QuickSchools Story

With the summer fast approaching, and as we round off another school year, we’d love to hear about your experience using QuickSchools. We had a big milestone this year as we moved to HTML5. We then introduced several new refinements and we really want to hear from you.

So share with us your experience using QuickSchools. We want to know all about it. We’ll be giving away 3 iPad Minis to the most creative responses! Here’s what we’re thinking:

Put together a short 2 – 5 minute video about your experience using QuickSchools. You can describe any aspect of your experience, like how you use QuickSchools on a daily basis, or how QuickSchools has changed the way you work. Please include the name of the school in your video as well. Then share your video on our Facebook Page.

You should of course get permission of the school and any participants in the video, as we may share your video for promotional purposes. The videos will need to be horizontal (landscape) format. And we’ll be judging videos based on creativity, quality of the video, as well as content.

More details on this initiative will be posted on our blog in the coming days, so keep an eye out for it. And if you have any questions, please feel free to comment on this article. Or you can send an email to

QuickSchools at ISNA Education Bazaar

We just wanted to say a quick thank you to all the folks who visited our booth at the ISNA Education Bazaar, held at the Westin O’Hare in Chicago IL this past weekend. It was a great event, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The Songket boxes from Malaysia proved to be a great hit amongst the visitors. And people seemed to really enjoy the surprise we had inside.

We were also able to showcase the new HTML5 interface to some of our visitors. It looks great on the New iPad you see here.Read More »

QuickSchools at the 2012 Annual NAIS Conference

We were at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle last week (March 1-2) to attend the 2012 Annual NAIS Conference as exhibitors. It was a very good event. And we had some pretty good traffic going to our booth. There’s definitely a lot of interest for a program like QuickSchools for small schools around the region. We just thought we’d share some pictures from the event.
