Step 2: Create a New Form Packet

In the Online Forms menu, click “Add Form Packet”. Each packet can contain one or multiple related forms, along with descriptions and instructions. For instance, you might create a “New Student Enrollment Packet” or a “Teacher Feedback Packet.”

When you start, the packet will be in Draft mode. This means it’s only visible to administrators until you’re ready to publish it.

Step 3: Build Your Form

1. Create a Custom Form using the Custom Fields framework, or
2. Upload a Fillable PDF if you already have one designed.
