We’ve just released a new improvement to the Fees Tracking module. When creating a Standard Charge in QuickSchools, you can now specify whether the standard charge should be applied as an Invoice. Just check the appropriate check box:
When you “Apply” the Standard Charge, instead of creating charges for each student / family, you can instead combine charges into an invoice. The resulting invoice can of course be printed.
