As discussed in our previous posts about our Report Cards initiative, today we’re sharing one of our private templates. If you like the way it looks, feel free to chat in any time to let us know. We can enable it and set it up just the way you like!
The Provincial Report Card template is one from the library of private templates, and used by quite a few of our schools. Though it is designed to match the specifications of the Ministry of Education of Ontario, Canada, it’s available and useful for all schools.
Here’s a sample of how the layout of this template looks.
Built for QuickSchools by Azroy, this single-semester template is simple to use and matches province requirements. It has all sorts of great features including space for midterm grades, a Learning Skills and Work Habits section, plenty of space for comments, and subject-based attendance for each class. Whether your school is in Ontario or not, this is a great template for showing how students have improved and giving detailed feedback.
Along with these features, the Ontario Provincial Report Card also supports…
- Detailed Student Information Header
- Detailed School Information Header & OEN Number
- Checkboxes for Details on Classes & Support Offered
- Checkbox for noting French Language Classes
- Principal’s Signature
We hope this Report Card helps schools in both Ontario and outside the province! If it looks interesting to you, please let us know. We’d love to enable it in your account and help you set it up just the way you would like.
