12 PM EST – Looks like Zopim has restored partial access to Live Chats. So we can take support chat requests for the time being. We’ll keep you updated when full service is restored.
11 AM EST – So apparently our Live Chat Provider, zopim.com, is effected by Hurricane Sandy in New York. And so our Live Chat support is temporarily down.
