Live Chat Support Restored

5 pm EST – Looks like Zopim is back at full capacity. Thanks to everyone for being patience with us. Latest update from Zopim is posted here: http://blog.zopim.com/2012/10/31/update-sandy-is-now-live/


12 PM EST – Looks like Zopim has restored partial access to Live Chats. So we can take support chat requests for the time being. We’ll keep you updated when full service is restored.

11 AM EST – So apparently our Live Chat Provider, zopim.com, is effected by Hurricane Sandy in New York. And so our Live Chat support is temporarily down. We’ll update this blog post once it’s up again. In the meantime, please feel free to email support questions to support@quickschools.com, and we’ll respond as best we can.
