Today’s QuickSchools release focuses on a few system / framework improvements around security, performance and maintenance, with general improvements to the Orchestra Master Scheduler and Student Information System.

Master Scheduler Improvements

  • Step 1 Importer for Period Length
  • Improve Step 4 Indicator for Course and Department Constraint Violations
  • Bug Fix Step 4 for copied Sections from Previous Semester

Clever SFTP supports Multiple Connections

The CleverSFTP App on the QuickSchools AppStore now support multiple SFTP hosts. This means that you can schedule the same Clever-spec files to multiple vendors:

  • Improve Support for Year-Long courses in Multi-Semester Enrollment Periods
  • Improve Support for Section Limits by Department
  • Sort Semester and Enrollment Period dropdowns in reverse chronological order
  • Replace “Subject Area” filter with “Department” Filter (Step 2) 
  • New Custom Algorithm – Assign by Grade Level (Step 5)
  • Track original Add Date when Section Enrollments are reassigned/dropped (Step 5)
  • Option to hide empty periods in Student Schedule PDF
  • Support Room name in Teacher Roster PDF
  • Hide Course Tags by default (Step 1)
