We were at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle last week (March 1-2) to attend the 2012 Annual NAIS Conference as exhibitors. It was a very good event. And we had some pretty good traffic going to our booth. There’s definitely a lot of interest for a program like QuickSchools for small schools around the region. We just thought we’d share some pictures from the event.
QuickSchools will have a booth at the 2012 NAIS Annual Conference at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle this Feb 29 – Mar 2. Come check us out for a free demo, get some free stuff, and speak with some of our staff.

We mentioned the folks from Fredericktown at last year’s CCEA East Coast Conference. Just this past year, they started using the Report Cards module. They’ve been using QuickSchools for 2 years now. They were kind enough to share with us a few words while at the this most recent conference. Check out what they had to say:
Beckie Cannon and Carol Steve share about their experiences using QuickSchools. Recorded at Farmington NY
We have many new features planned for this summer, and also for the coming year. We’ll continue to listen to what schools are looking for in a great school management system, and build it into future releases. If you haven’t tried QuickSchools yet, just sign up for a free trial. It’s powerfully simple!
Last June 24-25, QuickSchools exhibited at the CCEA East Coast Conference in Farmington NY. We were here just last year, and so it was interesting to meet with schools that signed up from last year. One such school that really made a showing is the Calvary Chapel Christian School at Fredericktown PA. 6 of them attended the conference this year. We hung out and shared stories and experiences using QuickSchools this past year. This past year, they used the Attendance and Gradebook features extensively, as well as the Parent Portal to communicate with parents online. Next year, they will start generating report cards using QuickSchools. Here’s a picture of the CCEA Fredericktown staff aboard a boat cruise on the Eerie Canal.
If there is one key takeaway from our conversations with the staff at Fredericktown, it’s that the live chat support really makes a difference. And hopefully, you will see this from the other testimonials from schools using our software. We really enjoy working with smaller schools, and we want to know how we can improve our software and our services. So come speak with us online. We’d love to hear from you.
It’s time for pictures! We met so many great people along the way, and made some good friends too.
It was an amazing experience to see how teachers and administrators from smaller schools reacted towards QuickSchools.com. They saw a great fit for their schools and most of them signed up on the spot.
Our 2 month conference trip in pictures:
Here’s Carmen Diaz signing up for a QuickSchools account.
Our friends from Mansion Day School having a go on the touchscreen display.
Mark McClelland of Lima Christian School, he signed up on the spot!
Pastor Scott, from FLCS, blown away by our new look and feel 😀
Sister Asma from Hamza Academy.
Amazed and convinced, she decided to signup on the spot.
Sue from McGuffie Foundation School giving it a go.
3 minutes later… Sue’s inviting her teachers to try QuickSchools too 🙂
I think the pictures say enough. This conference run proved to us that there are many schools out there that are constantly looking for a solution that fits what they need. And when they meet us, they like what they see.
Going forward from the conferences, the holiday season is upon us, so the QuickSchools team is going to focus on all the great feedback we received during this term and put together some colorful New Year’s presents for you. 😉
