Talk with Us: How to Give Feedback

You know what’s awesome? A satisfactory user experience!

We all genuinely hope you love QuickSchools. If you do, you might find yourself wanting to do a testimonial, give a shout-out, or leave a review to let other potential or current customers know. In other words, you might find yourself wanting to give feedback, and you can do that. In fact, not only can you do that, but we encourage you to do that. Help us build a better QuickSchools!

Here’s how you can give feedback…

Contact us via chat, phone, email, or the Contact Us form. Send us your comments and ideas! We want to know what you think, so send it all in.

Provide a quote that we can use for marketing or advertising. We’ll need to know your name, school name, and have express email permission to use the quote. Quotes are fantastic for us to have, and for other users to have on hand when making decisions.

Schedule an interview via Google Hangouts. We’ll need you to make sure that you have a microphone, camera, and (preferably fast) Internet, and that we have permission to use the footage. Then, we’ll ask you a series of questions and will use your responses on our site. These interview testimonials are really awesome! They’re fun to do and provide us with so much helpful info.

Use social media to spread the word or contact us. Did you know we have a Facebook page? It’s true! We post regularly and likes, comments, and shares go a long way. Of course, if you’d like you’re more than welcome to even rate us or post on our wall.

That’s about all! If you have any questions, just let us know. As always, we’ll be here.

I Have A Question: Overcoming Challenges

Let’s say you just signed up for a trial and have been going through QuickSchools, looking at various features and trying out little things here and there. You’re excited to see our App Store and find the Montessori Assessments app. Being a Montessori educator and realizing the potential for this app to help out with your unique needs, you quickly install the app and get to work exploring it. Soon, though, you come to a brick wall of sorts: you have no idea how to start configuring it!

Maybe you’ve been using QuickSchools for a while and it’s time to send out third-quarter Progress Reports at your school. This term, your school has decided for the first time to use a multi-term Report Card and you’re psyched to see how it’s going to work. You log into your account, head over to Report Cards, open up a student’s Progress Report and… Oh no! What’s happened? All the data is arranged wrong!

Or even, let’s say that you need to log into your QuickSchools account to enter grades. It’s been a busy semester and you’re a little bit behind on entering grades so you decide to work on it over the weekend. Sitting down mid-morning on Saturday, you fix yourself some coffee, boot up your laptop, open up your Internet browser and realize with a sharp pang of annoyance that you’ve forgotten your school’s login URL.

While any one of these scenarios and more may be incredibly frustrating and even induce that oft-familiar feeling of panic that can come with mistakes or confusion, there’s actually a lot that you can do with QuickSchools to go about fixing the problem. Here’s a list of resources in case you need help:Read More »

The 2-Term Blue Academic Template

As part of our initiative to share the awesome custom report cards at QuickSchools, today we’re sharing a private template. If it looks good to you, feel free to chat in – we’d love to enable it and help you set it up just the way you’d like!

The new Two-Semester Blue Academic template is an alternate version of Blue Academic and one of the awesome templates from our library. Like the single-term Blue Academic, the two-term version of the template combines a sleek design and a variety of uses. The template can be used for end-of-term report cards across two semesters, as well for the progress reports throughout the term, since it’s great for comparing grades at two different points in time. Take a look below to see an example of how the template looks:

Blue Academic 2 Semesters

Supporting marks, grades, comments, and overall comments, the template offers simplicity as well as flexibility. In designing it, the QS Design Team focused on both readability and maximizing amount of key information displayed. As such, the concise two-term Blue Academic supports several features in addition to the basic subject details, including…Read More »
