You can easily pull up a student record, either by searching for the students name, or by entering the student number. If you have a Barcode Scanner, you can use that to scan the Student Number:

There’s a separate screen for reporting, where you can search for entries by student, date range or temperature range. Records are clickable for review:

Finally, there’s a configuration screen where you can change the unit of measure (Celsius vs. Fahrenheit), as well as Custom Fields which you can use for Health Screening Questions:
