We have some new improvements to the QuickSchools Gradebook, which we’d like to announce. When you click on the Gradebook Template icon on the top right corner, you now have several new options:

Print Gradebook
You can now print your Gradebook without having to use the Print Screen feature.
Print Student Progress Reports
This feature will produce Gradebook Print-Outs for each student for the current selected subject. It should come in handy for your Parent Teacher conferences, since each student will be printed on it’s own page.

Missing Grades / Ds and Fs Report
This is similar to the “Print Student Progress Reports”, except it will only show missing assignments, or assignments where the student received a “D” or an “F” (or any failing letter grade that you specify).

Export Gradebook
Finally, this new feature allows you to export your gradebook to comma-separate values (CSV) file, which can then be opened in Excel. This will come in handy if you want to format your Gradebook before printing, or if you simply want to keep an offline back-up of your online Gradebook.
