The Formulaic Semesters Template

April 4, 2014

As discussed in our previous posts about our Report Cards initiative, today we’re sharing one of our private templates. If you like the way it looks, feel free to chat in any time to let us know. We can enable it and set it up just the way you like!

The Formulaic Semesters template is one from the library of private templates. It’s a neat two-semester template that lets you display gradebook formulas alongside regular marks and grades. Take a look at the example below to check it out!

Designed by Azroy, this is a powerful template that allows schools to report grades in several different ways. Semester averages are summarized into marks and grades, as well as shown alongside averages that are broken down by grading categories. The template is designed to show two grading cycles together, which is great for semester grades or for showing two quarters together. In addition to these features, Formulaic Semesters supports tons of other important information…

  • Subject Comments & Additional Comments

  • Subject-Specific Criteria

  • Detailed Attendance Summary

  • Conduct Section

  • Custom Headers

  • Custom Legends with Subject Sections

  • Principal Comments

  • Parent Signature

  • Principal & Teacher Signature

  • Conference Requested Box

  • Promoted / Retained Box

  • Additional Student Information Fields

If the Formulaic Semesters template looks good to you, please feel free to chat in and request it for your school account. We would be thrilled to enable it for you, as well as help set it up. It’s a very detailed and informative report card – feel free to give it a try!
