It’s finally here!
We recently posted an article about some upcoming upgrades to the Fee Tracking module:
http://blog.quickschools.com/2013/12/02/upcoming-release-fee-tracking/
We’re happy to announce that we’ve finally released the new fee tracking module. Here are some highlights:
Multiple Primary Payers
When you open a student record, you can now set multiple Primary Payers (if Family Billing is enabled):

Family Designation
When you have multiple primary payers, you can now designate how to address the payer. So for example, you could say “The DeSilva Family” or “Mr. and Mrs. DeSilva”:

Mass Generate and Email Statements
We now have an additional option to email the latest statement:

You can also send an email automatically when a statement is generated.
Separate Statements and Invoices

So here comes the crux of the improvements we’ve made:
- You can view transactions by Statement Period
- You can add charges, payments and invoices. Invoices are simply a collection of charges applied at the same time.
- You can generate statements at any time for any period. Statement periods can even overlap with previous statements (i.e. you could have monthly, quarterly and yearly statements)
- You can view / download a printable copy of all statements

We hope you like the new improvements. As always, if you have any feedback for us, please let us know by either leaving a comment below, or by chatting with us.
Praise the Lord! You all are great! This will cut down on the double work load. Thanks again for listening to all of our suggestions & complaints!
Thanks Kara! We’re glad to hear this will help you.
